• Conduct engaging and empathetic remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic client care.
• Promote and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all aspects of service delivery.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role as a mental health counselor will involve working closely with these individuals to create safe and trusting therapeutic relationships that empower them to express their thoughts and feelings openly. This direct engagement contributes significantly to improved client outcomes and overall mental health stability.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently while also being a flexible team player.

• Prior experience in providing individual therapy sessions with a proven track record of positive client outcomes.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices, platforms, and related technologies to facilitate remote counseling.
• Email and digital communication proficiency to ensure effective client follow-up and support.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
