Miracle Pathways Counseling Center is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing telehealth team. • Conduct complete intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, continuously adapting approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication, developing rapport and trust to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Regularly review treatment progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions to enhance client outcomes and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, referring clients to appropriate resources and specialists as needed.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research within the counseling field to provide clients with innovative and effective treatments.

Your clientele will include individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Providing a culturally sensitive approach, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, focusing on their unique stories and experiences to guide their healing process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential as required by the state of Texas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients.
• Strong ability to create a safe space for clients to express themselves openly.

• Experience in telehealth settings is a plus, with familiarity in leveraging technology for client interactions.
• Background in specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy can be beneficial.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 90,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including:
