Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate feedback and adjustments based on clients' progress.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and continuously update knowledge of the latest counseling techniques to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, maintaining an empathetic and engaging approach, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, referring clients as needed for comprehensive care and assistance.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess all state-mandated licenses to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 yearly, reflecting your skills and experience in the field. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
