Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish rapport, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that take into account clients’ unique backgrounds, cultural contexts, and specific challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies for individual counseling sessions, employing techniques to promote emotional healing and coping skills.
• Continuously monitor and review the progress of clients during therapy, making adjustments to treatment as needed to improve outcomes.
• Provide referrals to additional mental health services, professionals, or community resources whenever comprehensive care is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

• Proven ability to customize treatment approaches based on unique patient assessments.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
