Job Summary/Company:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing cybersecurity and AI consulting engagements. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery from kickoff through completion, and serve as a key liaison between clients, leadership, and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting or professional services experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cybersecurity and AI consulting projects, managing scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and overall project execution.
  • Facilitate client meetings, status updates, action item tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting while ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and support process improvements, resource planning, and project management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within consulting, technology, cybersecurity, professional services, or related environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, executive stakeholders, project plans, status reporting, risk management, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Teams, or SharePoint.
  • Preferred exposure to cybersecurity, risk advisory, AI governance, compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA), and certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or Security+.
