Position Summary

Aalis Management Consulting seeks a highly qualified Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to provide advanced scheduling and program controls support to a Federal Agency. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale information technology, infrastructure, construction, and capital improvement programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, engineers, and government stakeholders to monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support effective decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in scheduling methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex schedule information to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex federal programs and projects.
  • Analyze schedule performance, critical path activities, dependencies, and milestone status.
  • Identify and assess schedule risks, delays, and variances, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report project scope, schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Conduct schedule health assessments and ensure compliance with scheduling best practices.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and program controls activities.
  • Utilize project management and scheduling tools to monitor progress and support informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for large programs or projects; or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in schedule management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Web App, and related scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing schedules for IT infrastructure, facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current Project Management Professional.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, including healthcare, engineering, or facilities programs.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessment techniques.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
