A construction management (CM) degree provides foundational knowledge in project planning, budgeting, and safety, which are essential skills for construction managers. ·      Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, permitting requirements, and company safety standards.

·      Identify construction, scheduling, or operational issues and assist with resolution efforts.

·      Maintain accurate project documentation, installation records, and closeout packages.

·      Support post-deployment activities to ensure successful project turnover and customer satisfaction.

·       Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts within the implementation and construction teams.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Basic understanding of construction coordination, field operations, or project management principles.

·       Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site layouts, and project documentation.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project tracking tools.

·       Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project and customer sites.

·       Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Preferred:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       1–3 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, implementation, or field operations.

·       Experience coordinating contractors, utility providers, or municipal infrastructure projects.

·       Familiarity with automated traffic enforcement systems, networking, electrical systems, or field technology deployments.

·       OSHA certification or familiarity with construction safety practices.

Growth Opportunities
