Lead High-Quality Remodeling Projects from Start to FinishRust Construction is a design-build remodeling company specializing in residential home remodeling in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and Washington, D.C. The company works on whole-home remodels, additions, and substantial kitchen and bathroom renovations. Rust Construction is looking for motivated team members with a growth mindset who want to be the best at what they do.

Rust Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from preconstruction through completion. This person will serve as the primary client contact, manage multiple active projects, coordinate field and office communication, oversee schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered with strong quality, clear communication, and excellent client care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands construction, communicates clearly, uses technology well, and can manage resources, timelines, and jobsite details with confidence.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
  • Supervise and support carpenters, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Coordinate communication between clients, the office, vendors, subcontractors, and job sites
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules to keep work on track
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure projects meet Rust Construction standards
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and update cost-to-complete estimates
  • Write progress reports, maintain job logs, and document project updates
