As a Power Platform Digital Transformation Specialist, you'll help clients strengthen mission performance by improving how teams use data and digital technologies, manage performance, automate routine processes, and leverage and communicate insights across the organization.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business process improvement, Microsoft 365 solution development, data analytics, and knowledge management. You'll help design and maintain SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions, build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, support dashboards and performance management products, and translate stakeholder needs into practical digital tools. You'll partner with strategy, change management, analytics, and technical team members to deliver user-centered solutions that make information easier to find, use, and act on.

What You'll Work On:

  • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, metadata structures, views, and permissions to support knowledge management and operational workflows.
  • Develop, test, and refine Power Automate workflows to improve process efficiency, approvals, notifications, information routing, and recurring task management.
  • Build, test, and configure Power Apps, forms, and simple digital tools that help users submit, access, update, or manage operational information.
  • Support KPI development, dashboard requirements, data collection processes, and performance management products.
  • Help organize, standardize, and improve content repositories, SOPs, job aids, templates, trackers, and other knowledge assets.
  • Conduct interviews, working sessions, demos, and feedback reviews with stakeholders and end users.
  • Test, troubleshoot, document, and improve M365 solutions based on user feedback and evolving client needs.
  • Support adoption by developing clear documentation, training materials, communications, and user guidance.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience developing and implementing Microsoft SharePoint Online, including sites, pages, lists, libraries, metadata, views, navigation, and permissions
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, or Planner
  • Experience translating business processes, stakeholder needs, or operational requirements into digital tools, workflows, dashboards, or knowledge management products
  • Experience developing client-ready deliverables, including requirements documentation, process maps, SOPs, user guides, briefings, trackers, or dashboards
  • Ability to support multiple workstreams, manage priorities, and produce practical solutions in ambiguous or evolving client environments
  • Ability to create quick prototypes, mockups, wireframes, or proof-of-concept solutions based on user needs
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting a DoD, Air Force, military, federal, or mission-oriented client
  • Experience with knowledge management principles, including content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, governance, findability, and content hygiene

  • Experience using Power Query, Dataverse, Excel advanced functions, or structured data sources to support analysis or reporting
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, demos, or user acceptance testing
  • Experience with human-centered design or change management to develop training, communications, or other materials to support adoption of new tools and processes
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods such as business process reengineering, continuous improvement, and automation
  • Microsoft Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate, or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Certification
