IT Support Specialist & Systems Administrator
The Opportunity:
Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies specific functional and working general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD
  • 4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting
  • Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with Microsoft Azure and DEPO services
  • Experience with basic administration of Cisco VTC or VoIP systems
  • Experience updating and managing antivirus and anti-malware products
  • Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with AWS services or hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Windows 11, Windows 365, and basic exchange administration
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience supporting or integrating System Applications and Products (SAP) systems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
