Job Summary:
Saviance is a company seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Solutions Architect who will leverage their expertise in Office 365 architecture and administration. The role involves assisting customers with the design, development, and deployment of messaging and communication solutions, while also leading project-based assignments and facilitating client meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Understands and assists with enhancing IT customer communication and collaboration migrations in accordance with agreed upon service agreements.
• Designs, plans and performs Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Office 365 migrations.
• Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 and Active Directory
• Design, planning and implementation experience with Windows Server technologies
• Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions a plus
• Responsible for leadership and delivery of project based assignments that encompass system architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services
• Perform system reviews of client telephony environments and prepare findings documents outlining short and long-term strategies
• Facilitate and lead client configuration planning meetings and articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, startup/shutdown

Required:
• Expert level experience and knowledge of Office 365 architecture, administration and best practice recommendations
• Strong current and deep experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
• Experience with Microsoft Office Communications Server
• Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Forefront Identity Manager
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to professionally represent Summa Health in challenging environments
• Understanding of competitive technologies to assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from non-Microsoft platforms
• Design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013
• Design, planning and implementation experience with Windows Server technologies
