Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport, maintaining professional ethics, and adhering to boundaries that support the therapeutic relationship.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, stability, and future appointments, while also preparing for discharge planning as appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with the client’s unique needs, ensuring they remain centered in the healing process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client, including progress notes, treatment updates, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges faced by new clients.
  • Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and reflect on practice.
  • Collaborate with other health care providers to integrate care and share resources, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with an outpatient population that encompasses a diverse range of mental health challenges. This includes providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families effectively.
  • Experience conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure follows a fee-for-service model, which guarantees rates are paid in advance of collections, allowing for a predictable financial flow.
