We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team in a 100% remote capacity. This opportunity is designed for an experienced recruiter who can work independently, understand complex technical requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and consistently identify and recruit highly qualified technical professionals.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in technical recruiting, preferably within the staffing industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for highly technical and specialized positions throughout the United States, with a primary focus on engineering, information technology, software, systems, cybersecurity, aerospace, and defense.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a recruiter who can independently manage multiple high-priority requirements, identify difficult-to-find technical talent, conduct effective candidate screens, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Boolean sourcing, outbound candidate outreach, technical qualification, pipeline development, and relationship management. This individual should have a demonstrated history of producing qualified candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and hires in a performance-driven recruiting environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or other performance-driven recruiting environment.

• Demonstrated experience recruiting technical professionals within information technology, software, systems engineering, cybersecurity, engineering, aerospace, defense, or related disciplines.

• Proven track record of consistently generating qualified candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and hires.

• Strong sourcing experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.

• Strong Boolean search skills with demonstrated ability to identify candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing and outreach through candidate qualification, submission, interview, offer, and placement.

• Ability to quickly understand complex technical job requirements and evaluate candidate qualifications against required and preferred skills.

• Experience managing multiple open requirements and recruiting priorities simultaneously.

• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and qualification skills.

• Comfortable conducting consistent high-volume outbound candidate outreach, including recruiting calls, email, text, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Goal-oriented and competitive with a demonstrated record of achieving recruiting and placement objectives.

• High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly self-motivated with the discipline and organization required to work successfully in a fully remote environment.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting leadership and team members.

• Strong computer skills and experience utilizing recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and internet research tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior staffing agency recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting within the aerospace and defense industry.

• Experience recruiting information technology and software engineering professionals.

• Experience recruiting cleared professionals for positions requiring Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or other government security clearances.

• Experience supporting major government contractors, aerospace and defense companies, and Fortune 500 clients.

• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Database Engineers, and other specialized technical professionals.

• Familiarity with Department of Defense programs and government contracting environments.

• Demonstrated success filling difficult-to-fill and highly specialized technical positions.

• Strong understanding of technical terminology across software development, IT infrastructure, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and related disciplines.

• Experience working independently in a remote recruiting environment.

• Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
