Job description

Ambo Properties is building a Centralized Services Team to support property operations across our portfolio. The Centralized Services Associate plays a hands-on role in executing administrative, system, and operational tasks that support on-site teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely completion of work across multiple properties. This is not a property-level role; it operates as part of a centralized, shared-services model.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned centralized administrative and system-related tasks in accordance with established SOPs and workflows.
  • Maintain strong organization and accountability in a remote work environment.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform centralized, property-support tasks across multiple properties, with scope expanding as the centralized services function develops.
  • This is a resident-facing, property-level team-facing role that requires regular phone communication and timely follow-up in accordance with established response standards.
  • This is a hybrid role and requires availability for in-person workdays, trainings, or operational support based on business needs.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role within multifamily or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience using RealPage software, specifically OneSite Leasing & Rents (New OneSite).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently while following established processes and deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and responsibilities as the team scales.
  • Ability to communicate in English & Spanish

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Exposure to centralized or shared-services models.
