Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a mental health counselor, showcasing a diverse clinical background.
  • Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and proficiency in culturally responsive therapy techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver individual and group therapy effectively, fostering an inclusive environment for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
