• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their backgrounds, challenges, and therapy goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing different therapeutic methodologies tailored to each client’s needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or interpersonal therapy.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, assisting clients in navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and other mental health issues.
• Monitor and document client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Our client population varies widely, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and stress-related difficulties. Our therapists work closely with clients to build trusting relationships, creating a safe space for vulnerability and growth.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to forge connections with clients and collaborate with peers.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly valued.
• Proficiency in providing teletherapy services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Background in working with diverse demographics and populations.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
