Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • Minimum of four years of related mental health counseling experience.
  • Proficiency in understanding mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Strong capability in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, particularly in high-stress scenarios.
