Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide flexible care to clients from the comfort of your own space while utilizing advanced telehealth technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their mental health status and needs, guiding treatment strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health conditions and align with each client’s goals.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing strategies from both individual and group therapy to foster healing and empowerment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, when necessary, to provide comprehensive care that encompasses all aspects of a patient’s health.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Participate in trainings and meetings to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methods and organizational updates, ensuring you provide the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base that may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and various trauma-related issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, specifically evidence-based approaches.
• Proficient use of EHR systems and technology for patient management.
• A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards within therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations with effective intervention strategies.
• Experience or training in culturally responsive therapy practices.
• A history of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
