• Maintain a caseload of clients, developing rapport and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, stability, and provide guidance regarding upcoming appointments and potential discharge planning.
• Formulate, implement, and review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with each client to address their specific needs and goals.
• Document client interactions comprehensively, including progress notes and treatment updates, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and adhere to organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to facilitate referrals as necessary.
• Maintain an open and growth-oriented mindset, seeking feedback and continuously improving practice methodologies.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View Behavioral Solutions, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. The diversity of our clientele allows for the application of a wide range of therapeutic techniques, enhancing the overall effectiveness of care provided. Our emphasis on creating a safe and supportive environment facilitates meaningful breakthroughs and improvements in clients' mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a similar field.
• Current and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) with unrestricted and independent practice.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in computer systems such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, tailored to their specific needs.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. We embrace a fee-for-service model, offering financial incentives such as guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, thus providing stability in earnings with no waiting period for reimbursement.
