Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, developing rapport and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, stability, and provide guidance regarding upcoming appointments and potential discharge planning.
  • Formulate, implement, and review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with each client to address their specific needs and goals.
  • Document client interactions comprehensively, including progress notes and treatment updates, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and adhere to organizational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to facilitate referrals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View Behavioral Solutions, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges.
