Contract Neurosurgery Coding Jobs in Tennessee (NOW HIRING)

This position is on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor. Schedule: 3x12s, 18:45-07:15. No on call, but may be required to float to other MS/Tele units or ICU (low acuity). Holiday and/or Weekend Requirements: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; must be willing to work Memorial Day.

Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. Must have TN or compact license. Epic experience within the last 12 months required- this must be detailed on the submission profile. 1 yr of MS/Tele experience required, travel experience preferred. Locals and first time travelers accepted at the same rate.

Submittal Requirements: SSN and DOB required at time of submission. All RTO must be disclosed at time of submission. Minimum of 2 years of experience required unless otherwise stated in the job description. Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. Two supervisory references are required at time of submission. All certifications listed in the job description must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required). Epic experience within the past 12 months is required and must be clearly documented on the candidate's profile, including where Epic was utilized. Candidates must also pass the Epic competency exam; only one attempt is allowed, and failure will result in cancellation.
