Position Summary
PartsBase is seeking a highly creative Video & AI Content Creator to help transform how we create digital content across our marketing, employer branding, social media, sales enablement, and product marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and artificial intelligence, someone who is constantly experimenting with emerging AI tools and can rapidly turn ideas into polished, engaging content. You'll play a key role in elevating the PartsBase brand by producing high-impact videos, motion graphics, animations, and AI-generated creative assets that capture attention and tell compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce engaging video content, motion graphics, animations, and AI-assisted visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, employer branding, product launches, customer success stories, and corporate communications.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept development, scripting, video generation, editing, animation, voiceovers, localization, and creative iteration.
  • Utilize leading AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo, HeyGen, Pika, and other emerging technologies to enhance creative production.
  • Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Executive Leadership, and Talent Acquisition teams to bring campaigns and storytelling initiatives to life.
  • Develop innovative visual concepts that align with the PartsBase brand while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Edit and polish video content to deliver high-quality, professional, on-brand assets.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and workflows that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Build repeatable AI-powered content creation processes that increase production speed without sacrificing creativity.
  • Support live events, product launches, customer testimonials, and employer branding initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows and content production.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent professional editing software.
  • Experience with AI creative platforms such as Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, Veo, Pika, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content creation and platform-specific best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work.

  • Experience creating B2B SaaS or technology marketing content.
