Job description

About Clipboard
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company and have been profitable since 2022. We're the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
The Opportunity
We're building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. Nurses are one of the largest and hardest-working groups in the country, but they have few resources available to them to help them outside of the classroom.
We're changing that, becoming the place nurses go to learn and progress. The first step to realizing this vision is a YouTube channel similar to CeraVe's Daily Derm. From there, we'll build out a newsletter, an engaged community, and eventually a hub of free resources, similar to what The White Coat Investor is for doctors.
You'll be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera.
What You'll Own
You'll run the channel - from ideation to hosting to production. You'll have a scriptwriter and editor reporting to you, and your job is to lead the team while showing up on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse.
What that means in practice:
  • You're on camera 3-4 hours per week. You host both the daily shorts and the weekly long-form videos.
  • You set the content strategy. What topics we cover, what angles we take, what we skip. You're the one who knows "Per Diem Tax Surprises" is going to crush and that "How to Save as a Nurse" isn't worth anyone's time.
  • You manage the team. From concept to delivery, you run the production end to end, ensuring the writer and editor stick to deadlines and deliver great work.
  • You watch what's working. Alongside our head of social, you analyze our numbers bi-weekly to determine what's working, what's not, and how we tweak production to boost performance.

Who We're Looking For
This role doesn't fit one obvious resume. This role could click for someone from content, journalism, ops, finance, healthcare, or some mix of all of them. We care more about who you are than what you did last.
Notably:
  • You're magnetic on camera. Think Payton Kirol from Science of Scaling or Macy Gilliam from Morning Brew. You come across as a warm, genuine mentor that our audience deeply trusts.
  • You're curious and you learn fast. This job touches finance, content, YouTube growth, team management, and an audience you likely don't know well yet. That should excite you, not concern you.
  • You're a strong operator. You'll manage a handful of contractors and many moving pieces. You know where everything is and you keep production flowing.
  • You care about the audience. Nurses deserve better than what's out there. If that lands for you, keep reading.
  • You're into personal finance. Not necessarily a CFP, but the kind of person who already reads finance content for fun and can quickly learn about the financial tools American nurses have at their disposal.
Bonus, not required:
  • You've produced video content before
  • You've grown a YouTube channel
  • You've worked in financial services, media, or healthcare
