About the Role
We are seeking a Creator Manager to manage an established roster of creators while driving revenue through strategic brand partnerships. This role focuses on relationship management, campaign execution, and growing creator earnings through renewals and upselling opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who is performance-driven, sales-oriented, collaborative, and ready to continue developing into a Senior Creator Manager role.

The Day to Day

Creator Managers are responsible for building and managing a roster of select creators to achieve established sales goals. This includes recruiting and signing creators, managing their brand partnerships business, providing growth and optimization strategies, and identifying opportunities for business development. Creator Managers also participate in a collaborative pod structure, sharing information, contacts, and ideas to support overall business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Creator Manager Role

  • Manage a roster of creators with strong growth and revenue potential
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators as their primary point of contact
  • Negotiate brand partnerships with a focus on renewals and upselling
  • Provide insights and guidance to junior Creator Managers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and leadership
  • Demonstrate readiness to transition into a Senior Creator Manager role through leadership and revenue growth
  • Own a $1,500,000 annual revenue target

Building Your Roster

  • Identify and recruit creators that align with agency goals
  • Evaluate potential creators based on brand fit, audience, and revenue potential
  • Pitch the agency's value to prospective creators
  • Ensure new creators align with agency expectations and workflows

Maintaining Your Roster

  • Manage relationships and ensure creator retention
  • Provide strategic guidance on content, branding, and monetization
  • Address creator concerns and advocate for their needs within the agency

Creator Onboarding

  • Lead a structured onboarding process to integrate new creators seamlessly

Creator Transition Workflow

  • Handle roster transitions due to growth, manager changes, or offboarding
