About You: We are looking for a data science-oriented intern to join our Sales Enablement team for summer 2026. In this role, you will apply your analytical skills to help our sales and provider partnerships teams work more effectively - from building data-driven materials to surfacing insights that accelerate how we engage practices, health system and payer partners. This internship reports directly to the VP of Provider Partnerships and offers meaningful exposure to healthcare commercial strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to gather and synthesize relevant insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Strong communication skills - able to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in healthcare, women's health, or value-based care is a plus

Internship details:
  • Start Date: June 1, 2026 (flexible)
  • End Date: August 7, 2026 (flexible)
  • Compensation: $6,500/month
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Remote or in-person at a Delfina regional office

We value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective. Compensation: $6,500/month
The compensation range for this intern position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.
