Job description

Telehealth Neurology Provider

Looking for a Neurology provider to provide Telehealth coverage 12/23/2024-12/27/2024. Hours of need are 2:00 PM-5:00 PM daily, but could need up to 5 hours of coverage per day. There will be no guaranteed hours for this position.

This is a fully remote position, MT licensure required and state license where physician is performing care from. Required equipment will be sent to the provider.
