The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Siemens Tecnomatix, Line Designer, and/or Opcenter software for presales, services, and post-sales support, be personable and a natural helper with a customer service minded philosophy, thrive in a fast-paced and learning-intensive environment, get a rush from solving challenging problems that other people cannot, and deliver solutions graciously over the phone or in person. Comfortable working autonomously, the candidate wants to see the team succeed and gets satisfaction from knowing that he or she played a critical role. The training, the application engineer will have the opportunity to contribute to services projects especially around manufacturing engineering.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and support for software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issuesProvide higher-level technical support to extend our customers' abilities to apply Tecnomatix, Line Designer, and/or Opcenter solutions to meet design challengesPerform pre/post sales customer support including software demonstrationsImplement, configure, and customize Siemens tools to meet business requirementsWork closely with clients to analyze their current processes, identify areas for improvement, and get user adoption on the solutions effectivelyDevelop user training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance the adoption of Siemens toolsDevelop a foundational knowledge of the standards and regulatory requirements which affect the design and manufacture of productsContribute to future software releases by prioritizing known product defects and communicate customer feedback to Siemens' product development teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of electrical tool strategiesKeep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practicesContribute to the continuous enhancement of our offerings based on customer feedbackGain further knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/eCAD/EDA/Mfg solutions and market needsQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in engineeringA desire to work in the product lifecycle management field focusing on Siemens' manufacturing toolsStrong understanding of engineering processes and product development cyclesExperience with engineering tools like CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, eCAD, EDA, MfgProficient in one or more programming or scripting languages Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersProject management experience is a plusUS Citizen for ITAR related workWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageDynamic and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementExposure to the latest technologies and innovative projectsFlexible working arrangements to balance your work and personal lifeA supportive culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion At Saratech, we believe in harnessing the power of diverse talent to revolutionize the engineering sector.
