What you will do:

  • Provide trainingonSalesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) best practices and support for the field service offices

  • Develop Salesforce Reports and Dashboards

  • Supports Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) workflows and template updates

  • Participates in the development of training materials,facilitatestrainings,andsupportschangemanagementinitiativesrelating to the service channel

  • Provides subject matterexpertisefor business customers and technical resources. Establishes awareness of business process and technology solution best practicesfor the Service Sales Process

  • Gathers and supportsbusiness requirementsfor enhancements and changerequestfor Service

  • Participates in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated withthe Service Sales ProcessleveragingSalesforce.com,Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ),Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Participate in collection and analysis of data and information from business users to understand how systems can solve business problems andidentifiesopportunities for process improvement

  • Participates in the production and review (from content to final draft) of user guides, training classes, and other end-user documentation for applications and processes

  • Understands how torepresentbusiness processes, engaging customers appropriately in testing activitiesandleadtraining activities driving change management

  • Forges a network of beneficial relationships with all levels withintheorganization and customersin the Servicechannelestablishingmutual trust.Initiates and develops working relationships with internal groups

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting a sales and service environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Visioand Project

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Salesforce.com experience-Reports, dashboards, and intricate knowledge of how the platform can be utilized

  • Contract Lifecycle Management Experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from$73,300k - $120,700k in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
