Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to clients through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent support and adjusting therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software proficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights from professional development workshops and mental health research.
• Participate actively in supervision and case consultations to improve clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics challenges. Qualifications
