Job description

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Hydration Room is growing our virtual care team — and we want you on it. If you're a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who loves connecting with patients, thrives on video calls as much as in-person visits, and wants real flexibility without giving up quality clinical work, this is your role.

$55/hour | Remote (CA & TX) | Flexible Scheduling

Paid training in California (flights on us), then you work from home!

Why You'll Like It Here

  • $55/hour
  • Fully remote after a short, all-expenses-paid training trip to California
  • Flexible scheduling within a wide daily window
  • Be part of a modern, fast-growing wellness brand doing things differently

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations (Good Faith Exams) via video/audio to assess patient eligibility for treatment
  • Remotely triage and treat patients through our secure telemedicine platform
  • Provide personalized education and recommend wellness-focused treatment plans
  • Support clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as needed
  • Deliver clear, compassionate virtual care experiences
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
  • Participate in the telehealth provider schedule, including weekend shifts, to support our 7-day-a-week model
  • Complete clinical documentation, sign off on patient charts, and manage e-prescriptions and lab orders

The Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts (+ 1-hour lunch) within 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM PST. We'll work with your time zone and availability.
  • Must be able to work 4–5 shifts per week, including a minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month

Requirements

What You Need

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in both California and Texas (required)
  • 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in California
  • CA NP 103/104 certification (preferred, not required)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Quiet, professional, distraction-free home work environment with reliable internet
  • Available and willing to travel to California for initial in-person training
  • Team members must be available to work any of our scheduled shifts. Specific shift assignments will be determined based on scheduling and business needs and are subject to change.
