• Conduct live video therapy sessions, delivering short-term, evidence-based treatment to clients who seek assistance for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.
• Work closely with clients to educate them on therapeutic skills, helping them establish concrete goals and providing them with practical tools for problem-solving and personal growth.
• Utilize an array of teletherapy tools and methodologies, tailoring your approach based on individual client needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities, sharing insights and learning from peers to continuously enhance your therapeutic practice.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking therapeutic interventions. Many clients come to us through insurance or out-of-pocket payments, allowing for a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds and mental health challenges. By leveraging your skills as a licensed therapist, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological difficulties.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current, valid license to practice in the State of California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to mental health and social welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• 3 to 4 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a direct clinical setting.
• Experience with teletherapy or virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
