Virginia LPC Telehealth Counselor | Full-Time Remote Therapy Position

Job Summary

A full-time opportunity is available for a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor who wants to provide therapy through a fully remote model. The LPC in this role will work directly with clients through virtual sessions, helping them understand patterns, manage symptoms, build coping tools, and move toward healthier daily functioning.

The work is centered on real clinical care: listening well, asking the right questions, creating practical treatment goals, and helping clients make progress over time. This position is ideal for a counselor who values consistency, professional structure, and quality client care.

Role Overview

Location: Virginia
Setting: Remote Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
