• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify specific mental health needs and create personalized therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, drawing on various modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care and support, participating in case consultations and team meetings.
• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field through workshops and professional development activities, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care.

The focus of this role is on providing essential mental health services to a diverse clientele within the San Tan Valley community, many of whom face barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. Our client base includes individuals experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. The LPC will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and customized therapy to help these clients forge pathways to recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, with a focus on providing clinical services.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and related technologies for clinical record-keeping.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma therapy, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.
• Experience in community health settings or working with underserved populations is a strong plus.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
