Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' psychological and emotional needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups via telehealth, ensuring effective communication and rapport building.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that supports clients' overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and secure.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC with Integrity Mental Health Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal parameters governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Integrity Mental Health Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
