Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, you will engage in various critical functions aimed at fostering mental health recovery among young adults. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed to cultivate connections among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn collectively.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling focused on helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing coping strategies tailored to their specific situations.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaboratively create goal-oriented treatment plans with clients to address their unique needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to their care.

Qualifications
