• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to devise personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage with clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, integrating strategies and feedback from fellow healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Your role will focus on a diverse client demographic, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be vital in providing support to those who may otherwise have minimal access to quality mental health care, effectively facilitating their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse client populations.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other technology necessary for remote client interactions.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration within a healthcare team to enhance client outcomes.
