• Provide virtual therapy through secure telehealth platforms, delivering compassionate and effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Apply evidence-based practices and culturally competent care strategies to varied client situations, promoting holistic healing.
• Participate in optional virtual team meetings and peer consultation groups for professional development and community support.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards in compliance with Pennsylvania LPC regulations to maintain the integrity of our services.

As a Remote LPC at Fontana Psychological Services Inc., you will work with a diverse clientele navigating various mental health challenges. Your caseload may include clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. This role emphasizes a client-centered approach, allowing you to utilize your skills to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania is required.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and appointments efficiently.
• A commitment to ethical practice and a drive towards continuous professional growth.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Demonstrated experience or openness to training in delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
