Licensure Requirements
We are seeking clinicians licensed in one or more of the following states:
• Pennsylvania
 • New Jersey
 • New York
 • Delaware
 • Maryland
Eligible licenses:
• LCSW
 • LPC
 • LMFT
 • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
• Confident in DSM-5 diagnosis
 • Skilled in developing measurable treatment plans
 • Strong in documentation and compliance
 • Emotionally intelligent and clinically grounded
 • Comfortable working with high-functioning professionals and diverse populations
 • Accountable and self-directed
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
 • Assign accurate DSM diagnoses
 • Develop treatment plans by the 2nd or 3rd session
 • Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused, etc.)
 • Maintain progress notes within 48 hours
 • Ensure charts are complete and billing-ready
 • Maintain a minimum caseload of 6 clients per week
 • Participate in supervision or consultation as required
Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
 • Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited program
 • Current malpractice insurance
 • Child abuse clearance & criminal background clearance (as required by state)
 • HIPAA-compliant equipment for telehealth
 • NPI number
