This full-time role is conducted in a remote telehealth environment, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates both the LPC and their clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are developed based on individual circumstances.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, care team members, and clients’ families to report on client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Organize and lead follow-up sessions, home visits, and observational studies to provide continuous support and monitor advancements in client care.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on client care plans and share insights that enhance treatment efficacy.
• Document client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic and the external mental health community to foster partnerships that support client development and wellbeing.
• Facilitate training and support for fellow staff on the implementation of care programs, ensuring widespread familiarity with best practices in mental health treatment.

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including adults and youth, each presenting unique challenges and needs. The LPC will utilize their skills in various therapeutic approaches, handling issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ability to provide culturally responsive care is crucial, as the demographics of clients can be varied and complex.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds and establish trust through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of professional ethics and legal standards surrounding mental health practice.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software is essential to maintain accurate client documentation and management.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience in telehealth services is advantageous, considering the role's remote nature, which may involve adapting traditional counseling methods to a digital format.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
