Are you ready to take control of your earning potential and create your own schedule as an independent contractor and be affiliated with a thriving group practice?

Bethlehem Counseling Associates is looking to contract with a LCSW or LPC who will treat 25-35 clients per week. Your scheduled hours of availability can be flexible to support your work / life balance and lifestyle. A furnished office is available for scheduling clients in-person with also hybrid flexibility to perform telehealth sessions from your home location.

Bethlehem Counseling Associates is the premier counseling practice of the Lehigh Valley and our solid reputation (with over 97% client satisfaction rate) has allowed us to help treat people in our community for over 40 years. We offer individual, child/family, couples counseling and medication management to support the unique mental health needs of our clients. With over 30 independently contracting therapists, we cover almost every clinical specialty in house.

Responsibilities

-Establish and maintain rapport with clients

-Evaluate and diagnose mental health symptoms during intake sessions

-Create treatment plans that reflect clients' goals to reduce mental health symptoms

-Complete session progress notes in a timely manner for insurance submission and reimbursement

-Conduct ongoing appointments with clients that reflect their treatment goals

-Provide crisis management and intervention as needed


As an independent contracting LCSW or LPC at BCA, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals in an outpatient private practice setting. We value supporting each other and participating in peer consultation. BCA is also an approved CE provider through the American Psychological Association.

We currently have 11 commercial contracts with insurance providers. You may utilize our amazing administrative staff to complete your credentialing, billing, collections, and scheduling. We pride ourselves in being able to support clinicians so that they can focus on providing quality care to their clients. With the support of our administrative team, you could focus on your sessions and note completion. No chasing co-pays and or insurance companies for reimbursement!
