Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth, integrating best practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate therapeutic progress for each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, ensuring compliance with relevant health care regulations.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and case reviews, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize our dedicated intake coordinators and billing specialists for streamlined administrative processes, allowing you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at WelQor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, military veterans, and specialized populations. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.
• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiency in psychotherapy guidelines, electronic documentation systems, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on building rapport and maintaining client trust.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in integrative wellness practices or holistic approaches to mental health.
• Prior exposure to telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
• Interest in expanding caseload, with the goal of adding 15 to 35 clients over time.
