Job Description Job Title: Lead R&D Engineer - Low Voltage Location: Remote, United States Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead R&D Engineer specializing in low-voltage systems. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing low-voltage systems and products. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of low-voltage electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Conduct research and feasibility studies to explore new technologies and methodologies in low-voltage applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive product development from concept to production.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies and components into existing products to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Interface with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support and guidance. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in low-voltage engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in R&D with a focus on low voltage systems. - Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, components, and materials.
