• Client Interactions: Conduct remote therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing technology to facilitate engaging and effective treatment.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions during sessions, adapting as necessary to ensure client engagement and progress.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting therapy notes and treatment plans promptly after each session.
• Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing the highest level of service and support throughout their mental health journey.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and state regulations, ensuring high standards of practice and maintaining good standing with licensing boards.

In this role, you will provide care for a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking preventive mental health support. A culturally sensitive and client-centered approach is essential to effectively address their varied needs.

• Educational Background: A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required for this position.
• Licensure: A valid and active state license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) or equivalent, with the capability to provide telehealth services.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities suited for remote counseling, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance online.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside strong active listening skills to create a supportive client environment.
• Ethical and Cultural Competence: Understanding of ethical practices in telehealth and a dedication to providing care to diverse populations while respecting cultural differences.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to provide above-market compensation for skilled professionals.
