  • Maintain repair records and help improve internal repair workflows.
Content and Support (25%)
  • Create or support instructional videos explaining product use, setup, service, and repair.
  • Help develop written manuals, guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Support YouTube and/or TikTok production by building props and targets, scouting locations, ordering materials, and coordinating with collaborators or influencers.
  • Contribute ideas for content that improves customer trust and reduces support burden.
Logistics and Inventory (15%)
  • Receive, organize, count, and store products, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders as needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without close supervision.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing small-business environment.
Preferred
  • Experience repairing airguns, crossbows, bicycles, automotive components, drones, firearms, archery equipment, or other mechanical products.
  • Experience in warehouse, shipping, inventory, or fulfillment operations.
  • Experience with 3D printing, CAD, prototyping, or light fabrication.
