AirStrip is growing, and adding Project Managers to our implementation group within the Delivery Project Management Office. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the project management methodology which AirStrip uses to deliver its products and services to customers efficiently, effectively, and using a standardized approach to allow measurement and optimization of scalability, repeatability, and quality of delivery. You're an integral member of our team and will directly contribute to the success of AirStrip.
Please note, this position requires up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end, including creation of the Project Charter and Project Plan, leading team calls, tracking tasks and issues in an Action Log, tracking milestones and deliverables, performing risk management and contingency planning, and conducting lessons learned meetings at the end of projects
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projects
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining
  • 2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
  • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities

The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
  • $81,500 - $98,000 base salary.
