We Inspect

San Diego, CA • Remote

Full-time

Job description

Growth Marketing Lead (Demand Systems)

We Inspect | Remote
Most marketing jobs are about running channels.

This one isn’t.

We Inspect is building a marketing system designed to consistently produce qualified demand from people dealing with serious health-driven environmental problems. The research is done. The audience is defined. The messaging frameworks exist.

What we need now is a systems-minded Growth Marketing Lead who can turn that foundation into a machine that produces qualified opportunities every month.

This role is for someone who:

• Thinks in funnels and feedback loops
• Obsesses over conversion performance
• Uses AI as a core part of their workflow
• Wants to build and run a demand engine, not just manage content

You’ll work directly with the founders to build the marketing systems that drive the company’s growth.

If you enjoy diagnosing systems, improving them every cycle, and producing measurable results, keep reading.

About We Inspect

We Inspect is a Home Health Engineering firm specializing in mold inspection and indoor air quality.

We help families and health practitioners identify environmental problems inside homes that may be impacting health and provide a clear path to resolving them.

Our work sits at the intersection of environmental science and health recovery. Many of the families we serve are dealing with complex health challenges, and the work we do has real impacts on their lives.

The Mission of This Role

Your job is to build and operate the marketing systems that produce qualified demand for our inspection services.

Marketing succeeds when prospects arrive already understanding the problem and why inspection is necessary.

Sales conversations should feel like confirmation, not persuasion.

What You’ll Own

Demand System Performance
Operate and optimize the marketing system that generates qualified opportunities.

Funnels & Campaigns
Improve funnel performance, build new ones when needed, and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing to sales.

Campaign Measurement & Optimization
Implement tracking, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve results.

Creative Direction
Guide messaging, landing pages, emails, and content so they convert.

Content & Distribution
Oversee the content system across channels including email, SEO/GEO, social media, and podcast appearances.

Localization Strategy
Help strengthen demand in key geographic markets as the company grows.

Tools & Platforms

You should be comfortable working across modern marketing platforms including:

• Airtable
• WordPress
• CRM platforms
• Email marketing platforms
• Analytics tools
• SEO tools
• Social publishing tools

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be someone who figures things out quickly.

AI Is Required

We are building a marketing system where a small team produces the output of a much larger department through AI-driven workflows.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate how they currently use AI in marketing beyond basic prompting.

Who You Are

You likely have 3–5 years of experience in growth or demand marketing and:

• Think in systems, funnels, and optimization loops
• Are obsessed with understanding why something did or didn’t convert
• Have strong copy and creative instincts
• Are highly self-directed and comfortable working remotely
• Are comfortable operating inside marketing infrastructure and platforms

Experience in health, functional medicine, or environmental illness is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience and demonstrated AI capability.

Fully remote role.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a senior marketing leadership role as the department expands.

We Inspect recognizes the positive value of diversity, promotes equality and challenges inequity. We welcome and encourage people of all backgrounds to apply, even if you do not meet all the qualifications listed above.

All final candidates will be asked to complete all pre-employment verifications as part of our employment process.
