Job Description
PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients. We are looking for a IVR Audio and Localization Specialist to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. At PTP we value aptitude and creativity as well as experience. Responsibilities
  • Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts.
  • QA, edit and post-process multi-lingual audio files.
  • Manage voice talent and localization vendor relationships including scheduling, remote coaching of recording sessions all over the world, preparing localization orders, coordinating feedback between the vendors and the PTP team, managing an IVR Style Guide and maintaining glossaries of vocabularies.
  • Help gather customer requirements and assist with human/computer IVR dialogue design and localization.

Requirements
  • Strong background in linguistics and the principles of conversational dialogue
  • Close attention to detail at the level of a copy editor. Rigorous attention to diacritical marks and spelling is a must.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to formulate questions to the vendors in a manner that will be easy for them to understand and answer.
  • Solid experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Flexibility regarding ability to attend conference calls at odd hours.
