We're growing our digital customer engagement team and looking for a friendly, responsive communicator to join us in a Live Chat Support role.

Position Summary

The Live Chat Support representative engages with website visitors and customers in real time via live chat, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them toward the right next step whether that's booking a service appointment, scheduling a test drive, or connecting with a sales or service advisor. This role requires quick thinking, clear writing, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally across the dealership's website and digital platforms
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle inventory, pricing, financing, and service offerings
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales and service teams
  • Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of chat interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their questions are fully resolved
