  • Effectively managing your own schedule to achieve personal and organizational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on adolescents and young adults facing various life challenges, including mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, trauma-related experiences, and eating disorders. Your expertise will guide these individuals and their families towards sustainable healing and positive outcomes in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited or state-approved graduate program is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual, group, or family therapy specifically targeting adolescents and young adults.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse challenges, and trauma-informed care is highly favored.
  • Familiarity with Attachment-Based Family Therapy principles is an asset, allowing for seamless integration into our therapeutic approach.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by industry-leading benefits, including:

  • A comprehensive professional development program that encourages continuous learning.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
