Work Environment

The work setting for this position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while maintaining a professional approach to therapy. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals, including case managers and medical staff, to provide comprehensive care that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week at full-time capacity, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plan reviews, and clinical notes.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment approaches by working closely with our multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, addressing all aspects of client wellbeing.
  • Display creativity in therapeutic interventions, employing innovative tactics to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.
  • Coordinate services with families, case managers, work and medical personnel, and school staff, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical staff meetings to enhance your professional development and contribute to team culture.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing therapeutic services to a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and families, with varied backgrounds and needs. You will have the opportunity to engage with BIPOC, LGBTQ+ populations, and bilingual clients, making this position uniquely impactful in the mental health landscape.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory to practice in this role.
  • Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage appropriate client boundaries while building rapport.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and communities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Records systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
  • A successful background check is required prior to employment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in working within a telehealth model, familiarizing yourself with the nuances of remote therapy delivery.
  • Previous experience in a community health setting, enhancing your understanding of diverse client needs.
  • Engagement in professional development activities, such as workshops or additional certifications related to family therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a signing bonus. Therapists will receive an hourly pay structure complemented by commission based on client sessions. Additional benefits include:
