• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans personalized for each client, ensuring accountability and adaptability to their progress.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using methodologies tailored to the specific demographics and psychological concerns of clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Maintain meticulous client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards, thereby ensuring best practices in patient management.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and ongoing training to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and developments within the field.

You will work with a varied client base, addressing issues related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment is a plus.

• Previous experience with specific therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care) based on organizational needs.
