As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a variety of responsibilities that are critical to our clients' therapeutic journeys. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for your clients.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans to address acute challenges as they arise.
• Maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitating psychoeducational classes, support groups, and therapeutic workshops to enhance client knowledge and resilience.

You will engage with a diverse client base, comprising individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote therapy platforms.
