Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, complying with all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other mental health specialists to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Participate in regular training and workshops to stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health treatment.
  • Monitor client progress, continuously adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary, and provide supportive feedback.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Many of our clients have historically had limited access to mental health resources, making each session an opportunity for significant positive change in their lives. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
